All money raised by the Winchester Widows, goes to support the Challenge Ranch, a ranch for underprivileged children here in east San Diego county. We truly believe in the ranch and the work they do. It's a terrific bunch of kids!

Poker Ride

The Winchester Widows sponsored their first-ever
Horsecamp Expo Poker Ride. It took place in the
Anza-Borrego Desert at the wonderful facility, the
Butterfield Ranch, on October 11, 2008.

The weather was perfect, the BBQ dinner was great and the
dance was entertaining.

The Widows have many other community events throughout the year that they are invited to participate in. Events such as private parties, rodeos, skits, jail and bails, hosting, and lending atmosphere to public events.

 

Desensitization Clinic

Recently we had a clinic that helped us desensitize our horses to various things. They did very well!
